Brain numb
Everlasting dread
No more ideas
Going around in my head

Joints strained
Face crumpled
No more thoughts
to get jumbled

Body tired
Senses blurred
No more pain
Words becoming slurred

Eyelids closing
All is fuzzy
No more thinking
Sleep for evermore

Aww...innit terrible when you feel like that and you just want the rest of the world to...um...well...go away, but in naughtier words...ending in 'off'.

Stay strong and grit your teeth when your thoughts are dark. It's just temporary. Hugs too.

When my brain is numb, I look for beautiful things. Something to gaze upon.

Drinking cool water or fresh fruit juice also helps.

Some music is good as well. Have you heard Rondo Veneziana? Space?

Things to rest the soul and stimulate the senses.

A good hug from a friend does wonders as well. So, have one from me.
