*She cradles his head in her lap and washes off the blood. She looks up at Vortigern.*
Regar is my friend, he must be unchained... Help me carry him and then speak to the other two and find out their stories. We must make camp by the lake today and take care of the injured.
*She glances at Hawk and smiles*
Darl knows me well... it might be what he would wish but he would understand that I would be unable to leave any wounded creature to die by the side of the road.

Maybe it would be better if you and Arlan took Creed back to the castle. Raif and I can look after the Princess. I'm sure Raif is more than capable....

Find out these poor prisoners stories... you have tongues in your heads... just speak to them. Then we can decide whether to unchain them.
