Sweet dreams Gwenllian, perhaps my singing shall reach your ears too and you shall dream of the crystal cities beneath the sea.

Greetings to all here. I hope all is well. I have been conducting some experiments on Blue Bolus. I hope to be able to tell you more soon, unless anyone already knows about it and can save me time. I haven't been back to the patch, so I don't know if it has stopped growing or whether it is threatening to take over the wood.

Glosnik seems very impressed by you all here. Back in the great city he became depressed because of the deceit of those around him. Here, according to him, what many people hide is their goodness.

I can speak for myself, Wayland.

Sorry, I did not mean to be sharp.

Yes, there are many good souls here. Many whom I hope can call me friend, and who I can call friend.

My gift is truth in all it's forms, much as Wayland's is peace. Sometimes the truth I know is unknown even to those I speak of. For instance, with Urat's indulgence, let me tell you something of him.

During one of the many campaigns he fought in, he and his men were many miles behind enemy lines. Beasts of all kinds in the thrall of Grimney's enemy, Kamron, destroyed all before them.

In the heat of battle, Urat found a boy, lost and injured, trapped down a crevice. He and his men rescued that boy and bound up his wounds. Then, knowing him to be an enemy of Grimney, but not wishing any harm to one so young, they took him several miles deeper into Kamron's territory and left him outside an inn.

That boy was Kamron's only son. It was mainly due to the kindness that Urat and his comrades showed the boy that encouraged Kamron to sue for peace. His people have been staunch allies of Grimney ever since.

Good morning gentlemen. I trust you are well? I know little of plants except they are pretty and their cosmetic uses.
Urat saved a boy? That is very like him to be so noble. Our noble knight upstairs grows stronger. He is too weak to speak yet but he gave me a smile and a squeeze of my hand. I have just come to get him some breakfast, I think he will manage to eat with some assistance.

Still no news if Silas or Darius but we would have heard if they had been executed. I keep hope alive.

Wayland, I think I might come up to swim in hobsbane falls once Gwenllian can watch over Kalvos. Its pure waters will soothe my uneasy heart. Perhaps you would like me to sing up a little rain cloud to gently water your plants?

That would be delightful. I had thought the falls most tranquil, but your grace makes it more so.

Rune stones, a mysterious hooded man in the mirror, and blue bolus. Such intrigue. A friend of mine heard you in conversation with Glosnik, seems you both think the plant is a narcotic? We don't want stuff like that growing in the mire! It would attract some really unpleasant types!

As for my heroism, as a soldier, the most important quality after a battle is compassion, you'd be surprised by how many warriors can kill and then tend the people they have wounded. I may have helped Grimney, but we were only thinking of the boy's injuries and little else, Jacob Vask and several others led the way, I just agreed with them.

Now, I must head off to market in Toraz, we need supplies for our special guests. Philomena I shall leave you to care fo Kalvos, as you do it so well, Gwenllian and eve will no doubt be here to assist soon, and then you should go to Hobsbane Waterfall and relax a little, you've done so much lately.

Silas and Darius, I'm sure they are alive and we would indeed know if they had been executed, some of my patrons go to all the hangings and they'd be in here telling us all the grisly details had they been suspended as it were.

Must find out more about those runes! Do help yourselves to drinks! Xibes return is worthy of celebration! We'll raise a glass when Willow comes back too!
:D

Well it has been a very busy few days what with missing fairies, wounded knights and incarcerated sailors. I do not find nursing Kalvos too strenous though, most of the time I just comb my hair and sing as I watch him sleep. It is quiet peaceful to spend the hours singing lullabies although I do need a swim soon, I feel all dry and human! He is getting stronger by the hour, although humans seem to heal very slowly. I don't mind though, the longer it takes him to heal the longer he stays with us.

I am very curious to see your illustrious guests. Maybe Silas and Darius will be released soon as they have not been executed. It might be a bit odd to have them all under one roof.

Wonder where Xibes and eve have got to? Probably cuddling on the sofa and eating custard creams. Sure eve with be back for swoozy liquid soon.

I return refreshed and shiny scaled. What wonderful waters are at those falls. A little drink to celebrate my sparkling tail and glowing skin.

At last. So, this is Holme's Tavern. I have heard much about this place.

What a fine assembly of people. It is good to see you all. My name is Wraak, and I hope to find a home here.
