We live each day,
Searching,
For happiness to fill,
Our longings.
We look to others,
Hoping,
To find the way,
Of belonging.
Will normalcy inspire,
Creating,
Or lead us into,
Lamenting,
Once we realize,
What we sacrificed,
To be normal?
