An ending
of another chapter in my life
Saying another tearful farewell
to work love & strife
It's the people I'll miss
As I leave the building
A wave & a kiss
I say, Hi to a new beginning
Uncertain of what lies ahead
What to plan for
& what to wear instead?
This is very sad
This is the end
Will I see my team again?
Can I make another friend?
As I leave empty & weak
I say hello weekend
& goodbye to another working week
