Good evening Urat, do you think Sweeney could take two buckets of mead out to the kelpie and a few raw radigans. I will have a very large glass of fire water and sit in my usual corner to comb the tiredness out my mind.

Hello Kalvos, so nice to see you back safely and a little cleaner. Perhaps you might like to borrow one of my combs?

Philomena, a comb? Is my hair that windswept? A pleasure to see you again also, you are a very beguiling sight, and I am not used to being in such gracious company. Do allow me to buy you a glass of fire water. I will happily feed your kelpie too, as you are weary and need to rest. I tend to find favour with most animals. Urat take this purse of monies.

Yes Urat.... I found some peace in the darkness. Excuse me, I have no wish to sound pretentious, but sometimes the sight of beauty makes a man that way. Out there, I found beauty in the depths of the mire, and I could count the stars over the marshes.

In Gollema, where I come from the street lamps, and blazing torches blot out the night sky. And the noise, it chokes creative thought.

I sat and listened to the creatures, heard the frogs' chorus, the janyaks' chirping. It was soothing to be away from conflict, just to be able to sit beneath a tree and stare upwards instead of looking down on yet another exhausting march.

Thank you kindly for the wine. I will be having an early night, I have my journal to write. I’ve always kept one. I shall retire into the backroom, I shall take a glass but share the rest with your patrons, they seem like a good crowd.

Thank you for the silver tobran. That is more than enough to cover all that was asked for. I do believe that you will gain popularity here very quickly. :D Yes, do take a seat in the back room, it is generally empty, so you can enjoy your solitude, and write without interruption.

Philomena, all that you asked for is bought and paid for, you must have enchanted him, no sign of a murderous nature that is common to most Grimney knights! A breath of fresh air in a stinking swamp!
:D

Ah hello there Kalvos , so glad to meet you, unfortunately eve went home a little earlier, but i am sure it wont take her much time to miss the beams here. Finding beauty in the mire..are you love sick? I shall not be stopping much longer, there has been some strange goings on at munchkin manor. I'm not sure what at the moment but I am sure it will not go on for much longer. I'm wondering if my mother has heard of my survival..took her long enough, evil witch! Hopefully eve shall be along shortly, have to warn her of some changes I need to make, her safety is all I care for, and perhaps one last drink. Philomena why so worried, you be careful brushing those perfect locks so hastily you may end up with a head like Hogstance. It's looking particularly shiny bright in here tonight Urat, or perhaps it's just the full moon shining through the windows? It is a beautiful night, tonight.

Good Urat a glass of wine if you please, I have something to show you all. I found this red silk bag lying in the path on my way here, it has these seven stones within covered in strange characters, I think they are rune stones.
I'm afraid it is beyond me to decipher them, but I thought maybe you Philomena or one of the fairies would have the knowledge?

They do not feel to me as though they are bad, I feel a certain peace and tranquility when I hold them in my hand .

Rune stones, I've heard of those. My mother had some, but they were for her evil wicked work. You would know if they were for the good or bad of the beholder. You Gwen may be the only keeper of these stones until the rightful owner takes them back. If to many handle them the enchantment wares away, and they too become confused, they tell the truth, never lie. They give you answers to questions that puzzle your mind. I'm not sure how to decipher the symbols, my mother only ever used them out of sight.

Oh! maybe they can tell me something of my early life, of which I remember almost nothing. I shall tie the bag to my belt and keep them with me until I can find someone who knows how to unlock their secrets :)

*eve naive bustles in carrying a basket and chit chattering under her breath*

Goodness me I have been caught up with the wibbly elf for hours!...He loves to play his flute to me and we have become quite firm friends but he is a bit of a Dido and will not be happy! I do understand though...after everything that happened...poor wibbly elf!

Just near his toadstool is the most delightful clump of daisies and I have bought a few with me for Urat and some delightful posies of marigolds for Philomena and Gwen..then these violets are..for Kalvos. I'm not sure that Knights like flowers but they will surely cheer the heart! My final gift is for Sweeney green to help him keep the privy clean! *giggles* Thyme from our very own herb garden! Spread it around and it will keep away those mites and sprites!

Now Xibes dear sister give me an embrace...we have been missing each other so often, I am in and you are out! What is this..? I missed kalvos and he is writing quietly in the back room? Ah well per chance he will poke his yellow head out later and I will wave to him...and another thimble for me...I fair spend alot of my time swoozy!

OOOhhh rune stones! Toss them on the table Gwen and see if you can read them! *eve naive's eyes open wide*

If all is well I might sit here instead of in the beams for a while.

*eve-naive perches on the edge of a table and crossing her little ankles daintily sips from her pretty thimble.*

There she is! hello eve, come cuddle for a few, it does seem like forever:) Let's just sit and relax for a little while, and then we have some more serious issues to attend too. But I would hate for you to worry. You have a little bright spark about yourself tonight..been spending more time with Wibbly elf? He appears to be doing you some good as long as he is harmless would hate for someone else to just vanish off the face of Grimney! ;) Oh Gwen! I do recognise one of those symbols..It's not of your past, it's of your fate or destiny. I dont think it's wise I speak more, until we perhaps meet someone with better knowledge. Shall we drink:)
