Of course she is unhappy, no one seems willing to let her be happy with the man she loves , her family shun her , the queen is forcing Kalvos to fight a duel in order to be released from her service , so much misery when all they want is to be together looking after their new daughter.
So much against them and yet their love just grows stronger, you would think those who purport to love them would wish nothing but their happiness
