We love flitting over Grimney lake and it is always a delight to see you there, the moonlight reflected like sparks in the dark upon your beautiful scales as you twist and turn so gracefully through it's watery depths.

Of course we can bring some light - I might be little but I am determined! Then of course there is my dear sister Xibes Winter - she is of course not my blood sister..although our love is as deep!...she is a foundling, raised by my dear family after being abandoned at the foot of Snow mountain. You might have noticed the difference in our appearance - it is rather telling of our different lineage - she is a snow fairy, whilst I am a forest fairy. In fact her mother was a wicked snow queen from the far northern realms...a long tale it is, how she came to live with us - and her story, so for her it is to tell. One thing you can be sure of - she has a heart melted by the love of the forest fairies but is not to be crossed - her mother after all was wicked...and you never can be too sure.

Oh don't let me give you the wrong impression - she will give her all for those she loves, her last icy breath.

Morning Urat. Is there any chance of breakfast? How are my friends from Toraz doing?

I had a visit from Bolt's men this morning. They've heard that I get a lot of visitors to the lake at the moment. Can you believe they are offering money in exchange for people's lives? What is wrong with people? Is this really such a land where people will sell their friends for silver and gold? They made me go through their beastly wanted list, I denied seeing anyone even though most of them are patrons of yours. Hoggy was on theiir list, they told me lots of rubbish about him eating babies. I was so angry but thought it would be better for him if I just denied knowing him. Was that the right thing to do?

I think I might stay away from the lake for.a few days. Lamarok (see I found out his name in the end) and I are going to camp up at Hobsbane Waterfall. I'm sure Wayland won't mind.

Oh for the love of Grimney, sorry for my late arrival i had a little problem to attend too. A Loathe some goblin thinking it wise to steal the forest fruits. That reminds me eve, please don't venture out to the group of willows for a while, u may come across an unpleasant suprise, and here are a few more buttons. How rude of me, Hello Urat and good day to you, I do hope it will be a fine one. I see my beloved sister has mentioned me perhaps now is time to tell my story, after all a problem shared is a problem halved..unless of course no one finds the bodies, then its not a problem at all.
I was merely a child when my mother decided I wasn't quite cut out to be the aire to her wicked throne, not that i wanted it of course. She poisoned me during a toast to her new found wealth, well it wasn't "hers" and it wasn't "found".
When I awoke I was in the forest, the fairies there were extremely lovely to me thawed my heart with their loving nature, once my wings repaired and my mind was clear i just couldn't find it in myself to leave. They would never let me stay, not with my background. But eve begged and prayed that i should stay and be part of their family and so i became adopted by the forest fairies, to live by their ways and means, I'll never look back to what could have been all I know is that come hell or high water the forest fairies shall never be crossed. Lovely mead Urat perhaps i should pop in with eve a little more often? See you for now i need to attend to that gob.. something!

Well Urat I sometimes wonder what I am, I know very little of my upbringing but life is much different now. The death mountains to the far north are no match to the landscape I used to play, far beyond the valley of the damned, that is where my Mother, the Queen captured and trained the last known Valarax in existence, i used to play under the shadow of the demon of the sky, and now all fear it, She has it trained, no one, not even I the aire will ever get close to her royal icy throne.
I bumped into some Drumlins only a few hours ago, they told me of my Mothers poor health, perhaps her untimely demise will be as heartless and pain giving as herself. Anyway, enough of this talk it doesn't concern me. I have plenty to be keeping on with, My sister and I have Munchkin manor, although of late with all these troubles eve has had her mind pestered. No matter things will be dealt with accordingly.

Urat I'm so out of breath I've run all the way here, I've just seen Gideon Drake and a group of armed men heading this way, I hope there won't be trouble. A large glass of anyting please !

Urat, Bolte's men didn't ask me much about who comes here. They were more interested in the gentlemen callers who visit me at the lake. I think they were looking for Tobias Tave and Vance Scarab. I said I had never seen them in my life. Told me that I should be careful about the company I keep if I want to keep my pretty head on my shoulders. Beasts. The kelpie is furious and it was all I could do to stop him rearing up and crushing them.

Will tell Lamarok to help you for this week but don't let him get too comfortable here or I won't be able to get him to leave once I'II tire of him. Still he is very nice to look at and quite strong. Would you like him to go to the cellar and help move some barrels?
