Thanks for sharing your poetry and music again. It warms my heart to hear such kind words spoken about someone special and your song...so beautifully sung. I think when you really miss someone, it shows just how much you loved them. It can be such a positive feeling too, as it reassures you that you haven't forgotten them or dismissed them as being gone and unimportant...as if they never existed. They did exist and they meant a lot to you. Sometimes, we need to allow ourselves to sit and wallow in our grief to be able to feel alive ourselves. Without emotion and without memories to reminisce over, who would we be? Every little emotion is there for a reason. Often, the difficulty for me is letting go of the familiarity of always having someone there. The finality of it all is a real punch in the head. You seem very positive in your thoughts and very respectful of your loved ones. Thank you again for sharing. As I said, it warms my heart to hear such devotion. :->

Nice song Baggiefan! Sad thoughts about love seem to be a theme for me the last few days, perhaps your song will act as a closure for me to move on to happier thoughts this week! I'm in danger of getting maudlin - i'll be reaching for the gin if I'm not careful!
