Oh you gave me quite a fright! Word Wizard didn't say there would be anyone in! I was just about to put this jelly baby shaped key into the jelly baby shaped keyhole. He also said it would be alright if I had the spare room and that I could entertain a friend if I wanted to..........

In truth I'm not supposed to be here. I tend to come in and rob the place when he's away. He goes on so many long trips, I find it hard to resist. He's got used to me now, and stocks up on items for me to steal, he's very generous that way! He even leaves the key under the mat, so no more broken windows, I got a dreadful cut last time. I nearly sued him!

*Stops the chair in mid stride*.

So you're an entertainer! We've not had one of those in here for quite a time? What do you do? No. No don't tell I'm keen to guess! I used to juggle hedgehogs. A giant troll friend of mine juggled elephants ONCE until one crushed him. Nasty business.... VERY NASTY!!!!!!!

Yes. Do unpack your bags, I shall play with the furniture. I like to bring things to life. It’s a hobby of mine. I’ve also made a pig talk and it’s out back discussing philosophy with the garden fence, it's new to life and very confused about what's real and what's not.

I’m not sure how Word Wizard will react, as I know he’s been planning to eat that pig in a sandwich. It’s so hard to eat your lunch after you've struck up an intellectual conversation with it.

*Raises his finger*.

Aha! Yes. Do watch out for the vegetables in the larder. It’s getting very heated in there. The tomatoes have fallen out with the cucumber over an issue of colour. The lettuce is terribly prejudiced too. At least he's green. He's been picking off his rotten leaves and putting them in the compost bin.

Erm, I don't suppose you have any wine in this place do you?

I used to know an intellectual pig.....his intellect svaed his bacon on several occasions. He used to act in an amateur dramatics group, he didn't half ham it up!

The larder, I'll steer clear of that, you do find that vegetables tend to disagree a lot.

I wonder if Thadeus got my message, you will make yourself scarce if he visits won't you?

WINE?! Yes we do have some of that somewhere. I know that the wizard makes it. He has a wine cellar upstairs, I’ll go down and get some. The only problem is. I’ve stolen all the glasses and sold them.

However....

*He sits down upon the dancing chair and lifts his robe and removes a shoe*.

I can serve it to you in this if you like. Or perhaps.... If you’re a heavy drinker.

*He removes a large boot from the other one*.

Aha! This might be more apt?

*Hands Meadow his boot and shoe*.

Thadeous? Thadeous Drax? The ex militia general? Make myself scarce?! I’ll run a mile. I will need you to return my footwear when he arrives, I’m not running away on bare feet.

NOW!!!

*He shouts*.

What colour wine would you like? Red, white, pink or green? Maybe a mixture of all four? I do have a spoon to stir the booze together with. It's a wooden spoon and my pet worm Percy lives inside it. He's constantly sloshed and quite often very dizzy. I do a lot of stirring.

So what do you fancy?

Green wine you say? Green wine, I don't believe I've ever had green wine, I wonder what is in it.....I dread to think.
