When you look but cannot see

You leave but not arrive

Believe but it's beyond the truth

Live life but not alive

When light is total darkness

When sound is silent too

When every day is black as night

And every colour's blue,

When happiness is something less

And friends forget you're there

The only season's winter,

And the cupboards always bare

Find strength where once was weakness

Find love where once was none

Believe that you can beat the odds

Your future's just begun.

That flows really well Iceman. Reminds me a bit of 'IF' not that that's is a bad thing. Good to still see you're writing poems!

Thanks Debra, it's a bit chocolate boxy but sometimes it's something you need to write and if the idea is there i do it, enjoying my poetry as much as ever but the novel is priority for the next week or two, hope you are well..x

SMacca you are doing an excellent job, your work is very vibrant, Clara it's called a sense of duty and is about a young lad growing up in abject poverty and Grimney will get an insight as soon as it is finished....x

I hope you are both planning to revitalize the poetry Vault. The Grmney online world is going brilliantly so I've read, some very clever minds at work. But you guys have always been the heart of this aspect of Grimney. Sorry you've been having a hard time Don1. x
