Philomena, you had dealings with the Chaos Engine. They are unlikely to give her up no matter how much money you give them. It was a kind gesture though, I was in the tavern the night you gave away your necklace, I had planned to steal it from you, but your gesture of kindness has made me feel a bit guilty about that.

Grimney is a weird place Witch, but you'll get used to it once you've lived here long enough. Anyway, I am not sure what you can do to retrieve your friend. Talk to the authorities? Hire a bounty hunter? Or try to find her yourself? Hard to know what to do.

Agreed. However, it depends on a number of factors. For instance, has Willow truly disappeared, or has she transformed, or been transformed, into a new identity? How can we make contact with her? If we do make contact, will she return?

We cannot know where, or how, she is until we get more information.

My discernment indicates confusion, as if Willow is trapped in another identity. There could be other interpretations, but the image I get is of Willow in a cage or prison. These images usually refer to spirit states and soul states, but, on rare occasions, they have referred to a physical situation.
