I rule over the Mire, and I demand that my taxes are paid promptly, failure to pay will result in swift retribution. Vllages will be burned and livestock will be slaughtered if my demands are not met. If you wish to speak to me, then you must ask permission from Garak my Spymaster. If you fail to do so and attempt to communicate with me directly you will be eliminated and your death will be posted in the Forum...
