Life After Life
Inside that void the soul has flown
Luminous light of mystic form
Left the flesh that wastes to bone
Took the step to be reborn
For those in life who fear the call
Hold on tight and will not let go
For they cannot see beyond the wall
So battle hard to stop the flow
Because when you die you are not dead
You become an energy for rebirth
But the one you were the light has shed
And will decompose beneath the earth
Identity lost it looks for new
Drifting weightless unconfined
Inside a mother a baby grew
Entering deep within its mind
Brought back to Earth on silent wings
A little child with beating heart
Awaits the fate that its future brings
As its new life begins to start.
