I am the Mayor of Dingle Town, a very troubled place since that Warlock put a spell on its citizens, and now we don’t know whether we are coming or going. Everything is wrong, people walk backwards, time moves in a most peculiar way and our once thriving community is now in the depths of chaos. I have been spared the suffering of walking backwards and speaking with all my words muddled up, the Warlock wanted me to bear witness to Dingle Town's despair, and I can only watch in horror as thriving businesses are crushed by the madness of it all.
