He at least is not a knight to judge person by their race but Korben's reputation is not one likely to please Kalvos. Still reputations are often undeserved, we must make Korben as comfortable as possible in that gloomy cellar. I wonder if he is related to Gideon or is Drake just a common name.

I don't know, they do not appear to be of the same race, but who knows, it does seem a coincidence that they should have the same surname!

Right. We have cleaned the privies, washed the glasses, cleaned the bar area and kitchen.

I think we are done. And, er, Glosnik has found a new use for Hobsbane water, although it seems wrong to me to use such a precious substance as a household disinfectant. He says it's better than Demons Toes, or something.

That's good of you all Wayland, you and your boys have done a great job. Better fix yourselves some breakfast.

I've been looking out of the window upstairs, the mire looks quiet, they've not returned since Philomena's storm.

I'm going to spend the day on the roof watching. I'll raise the alarm if I see anything, Darius won't be awake for hours and the girls are guarding Kalvos, and watching over the pixie, that young knight should soon be strong enough to get on his feet.

You could watch the bar, although as I said all is quiet, oh Korben Drake is downstairs, but doubt he'll come up until it's nightfall

Oh Gwenllian,do you think you can bring some dewber and swaffleberry muffins up for Shayla, Kalvos and myself when you bring the up for Jacob? The pixie is sitting on the bottom of the knight's bed and I am regaling them with tales of the time I swam across the Sea of Lost Souls.

Mmmm your swaffleberry muffins are so good, Gwenllian. All your good cooking and not being unable to swim as we're under siege, is going straight to my tail. Once this mess is sorted and Urat is back with us we can all go to Grimney lake and swim it off. Maybe you can meet the Gwump, he needs some more friends. I was supposed to go to his cave for lunch yesterday, I hope he doesn't get worried as he his prone to getting a bit down since he lost his painting hand.

Everything seems very quiet today I can't believe our enemies have just disappeared, I hope they are not plotting something for later in the day.
Still Jacob is watching from the roof , I'm sure he will warn of any approaching danger.
I wonder what Korben is up to in the cellar?
