Hello Gwenllian my sweet. Thank you so much for taking care of Kalvos for so long. I went back to the lake after making Urat's breakfast and have spent the laziest morning asleep on the bottom of it. I'm so refreshed! Thought I'd gallop over to Toraz and pick up some supplies. We seem to be running low on wine and firewater, have no idea why! I know we don't have a cart at the moment but I'm sure that some kind gentleman will offer to help. Oak is outside mending the old one, do try to persuade him to stay for a drink after he has finished.

I am back my darlings, with two cartloads of goodies and gifts for all! Yes, there are rather a few men outside that have accompanied me, when I told them what had happened to Urat's cart they insisted on coming to protect my goods and honour! Very useful having them here to unload all the wine and liquor. Here are your radigans Gwenllian dearest and a large sack of flour too. I've told these gentlemen how fine your pies are and they are eager to try them.
Now presents! Wayland, I got you a little silver watering can for your flowers, I don't really know what your friends would like do I bought them chocolates so they didn't feel excluded. A lovely set of paints for the gwump, some scale shining lotion for Cassandra and some sausages for Urat. I have bought some books for Kalvos as I think he might grow a little bored lying in bed recovering.
Dearest Gwenllian I have bought you a lantern, so you shall always have light even on the darkest day in Grimney.

I have also bought myself some cloth, a plain dark grey. I wondered if you could use your great skill with a needle to make a simple dress and cape from it. Sonething that will make me look like a ordinary human bean and allow me to pass by with my beauty unnoticed.

Of course though I think it maybe a hard task to mask your beauty,something quite plain with a high neckline and I think a hood on the cape to conceal you tresses !!
