He will seek to murder you Silas, for he knows you were behind his assassination attempt and the recent kidnapping of his daughter. The rest of us have less to fear. .. Unless any of you were stupid enough to send Styer to assassinate the mermaid rather than spy on her as agreed. Besides it us our job to show him he needs our guidance.

We have nothing to fear, as long as we all remain united. My concern is his nature, Carados might interfere with Militia business... He should surrender himself to us, lay down his weapons disband his army and journey here to speak with us.

We as a council exist primarily to look after this land and its inhabitants. We are not self interested, at least we shouldn't be. Neither are we here to squabble with each other, we must decide what is best for Grimney's people.

Queen Eleanor is not dead, the issue of succession is not relevant. I do not support war of any kind, and a war between Grimney's own people must be avoided at all costs. The High Council must be protected, and no single person royal or otherwise must rule in this land.

Apart from the Queen you mean Isobella dear. The Queen is royal and must rule.

Now how are you related to Carados again? Second cousin by marriage? Maybe he will listen to you Lady Frampton. Who knows.

One thing I can't get over is the Princess wanting to marry some low born retired knight. Does not seem proper to me. This Alvin or Kavros or whatever his name is should be punished for such impudence. Don't you think? Flogged and sent to the Vorgania ice mines.
