I was not born for War, my calling is for the glory and safety of the Throne of Grimney and I remain loyal to that. It is those who seek power in the Elite that serve to destroy it not those who seek love. Whatever you may think, Kalvos is a greater and more powerful man for his love of the princess, and if Talus speaks true it is this love that will bring Grimney to its true glory. 'The child of the land and sea, not sought but quick beloved of two Queens.' He is a prophet and this child shall be his truth.

What of those who already have power in the Elite. Sir Robert?... Lord Montague? Cassius Loran and Exus Quill? What are your opinions of them? Who matters more to you Elios.... The Princess of the Dudrassa? Or the Queen of Grimney? Or does Talus... The Prophet hold greater importance to you than any of them?.... Or maybe.... The tavern dwellers have won your loyalty over all...

*Shakes his head*.

Kalvos..... If we all followed his example the Queen's Elite would collapse. Already Drayger has fled and failed in his duty. With us gone the Militia and the Red Hand would take over. We cannot allow that Elios.

War and killing. Humans know little else. Militia, Red Hand, Queen's Elite, you all seek to hurt others for your own gain. My village was burned by human hands. You are no friend to the elves Gaunt. None of you are.

*Kerdisha storms off*.

The Queen matters to me more than anything Gaunt, do not doubt that. I believe the Prophet advises me how best to serve her and the Princess is a powerful ally. As for those in power, it is as the Zoriat wills... As is Kalvos' love for the Princess, it is their will and not ours to question.

*Philomena enters wearing a tight fitting silver dress, showing off her figure that has returned back to normal. She carries a baby basket made of reeds.*

Here we go my precious angel, home at last. Your daddy and Dravenore are just tending to the horses.

My lady Princess! It brings me much joy to see you.

*Elios looks warily at Gaunt and kisses the mermaid's hand.*

This is the child?

Yes, isn't she beautiful? Kalvos will not allow that there has ever been a more beautiful baby.

*She smiles happily.*

Would you care to hold her?

Of course! Gwenllian meet your Zoriat Daughter and namesake Karina-Gwenllian Aquitaine.

*She carefully hands Gwenllian the baby.*

She is small isn't she? Tiny fingers and toes...
