Yes, perhaps in the long run this baby will create unity. For Kalvos will always remain loyal to the Queen and no doubt this baby, an heir to the Dudrassa throne no less, will have the same loyalty... That is as long as Kalvos wins the duel and survives to raise his child with love of the Queen in her heart.

I believe this child will strengthen Grimney, especially if we can rely in her mother's power.

That is some hope Gwenllian... but it is up to the Queen to appoint his opponents, so maybe she will have that in mind when she chooses. She is intelligent and has some good advisors, they will see the value of a man as loyal to Grimney as Kalvos winning the duel and raising a Duchess of Dudrassa.
