I am the red, white & blue painted handbag
& most proud to serve my Queen
I am taken everywhere
On Diamond Jubilee, after being seen
I have so much fun at the Derby

The next day, I look behind me
To see the most amazing flotillas
Although, there were a few anti-monarchy
They weren't allowed to spoil as
others thought they were godzillas

Looking up to see faces which appeared famous
I am opened at the concert for a picnic
Listening to the heartfelt speeches
With the backdrop of the Royal palace
Rainbows galore, I enjoy the experience

Today, I'm so excited to be carried to St Paul's
Prayers of honour & songs of thanks
By children from the Diamond choir
& even an RAF flypass!
Enjoy your special day, Your Majesty :!:
I am very proud to be British.
