Neathlin don't inhabit caves. They stalk the mire at night. Yes I an supposed to be a knight... So is Kalvos, but I doubt that will make it any easier that he has lost the woman he loves and his child.

Yes Elios I know Neathlin don't inhabit caves but we have to travel through the mire to get back and I think we should return before it gets dark. We've been out a long time, no point taking chances. Why does nobody listen to me! Philomena will come back, have faith, anyway she'll probably be back before Kalvos even notices she's gone!
