I am Venus
I have a yearning for my divine complement
A similarity in cosmic fragrance
But not my sister earth, a soul mate
Who sometimes pushes my buttons
An eternal divine, a support that is infinite
I long for that Sacred Union
of the Divine Blueprint
Letting go of all of the illusions
Fully embracing the truth
Whilst releasing all that drama karma
I want to express myself
Uniquely and individually
& Be as one
Holding my Sacred Self
Confronting every shadow
An opportunity for love, for growth,
To bring love
& to receive love
As I pass by My Beloved Sun
I am home now because we are One

Thank you - yes I have surprised myself and you don't know how many comments I have had from close friends saying you were a poet and you didn't know it! groan!
:) but I have a friend whose dad published loads of war poems many many years ago so when I get given the book I may post a few of his if allowed to, of course!!
