Waking up to a freezing cold flat, It doesn't get much better than that! (If you're a snowman or polar bear Or a(n) hirsuit chap with a suit of hair) For most normal folk it's matter of "Aargh!" Man minus heating won't get very far! So I pick up the phone and start making enquiries Searching for workmen with gaps in their diaries. They keep their appointments and show up as book-ed I try hard to listen to see who's least crooked By the third and the fourth, I'm sick of the spiel Now all that's left is to choose the 'best' deal. I'll be glad when it's over, I'll do some relaxing Something much less stressful, expensive and taxing. One thing's a cert, I won't choose British Gas I don't wish to be Financially Effed in my ass! |
