Firecrackers burst,
Removing malevolent demon
Triumphant all throughout the night
Celebrations light up the sky
Good overcoming evil
Celebrants share sweets & snacks
During this Special Light festival
Attractive new clothes & decorations
Worn by those tall & small
Dancing in Shakti vibrations
Inviting blessings for us all
