Twenty years of suffering Spent in a poverty setting In & out of care homes Mother shouting in drones Two dads taken away No childhood No time for play A brother in prison A sister child in bloom Constantly moving house Dicing with death But finally, I am without breath Lifeless Painless I can now rest For I can no longer be put to the test This chapter is closed My page now decomposed.... |
