Lost souls wandering the streets Vying for any attention Not knowing their own heart beat & no-one giving them a mention Lost souls searching for some food Any nourishment for the soul Aimless and lifeless like dead wood Searching for some control Lost souls leaving no mark Nothing to follow, no trace Nobody likes to follow the dark It only leads to horror and mace Lost souls without a purpose Seeking retribution & peace 'Tis only found in reflective solace Then negative judgement will cease |
