I've trusted my instincts and travelled this far
Through many challenges, via treacle and tar
I've been led up the garden path
& felt many people's wrath
But I've still tried to be myself
Even being as different as Bumblecrack's elf
When I've gone along with the crowd
I've been no longer proud
It's not as hard to be a sheep
To follow little Bo Peep
So I am unique
Although some see me as a freak
But secretly I think they are green with envy
Trapped in a prison full of misery
I'm training for the Rio Olympics
& starting this competition at zero
Whilst you are enjoying summer picnics
I'll be in Janeiro winning Regatta Rodrigo

Much better your own mind to keep
We all go along with the crowd at times
To keep the peace and that's just fine
But never stop being yourself
Or you'll end with the other clones on the shelf!
