I may be walking by but i still hear That look is one that I have grown to know The water's muddy but the message clear, And i could never swim against such flow. That life should now become a living chore And love a feeling you choose to ignore Betraying what's beneath my troubled mind Should someone ever take the time to find. A heavy heart can beat but has it's limits The burden more than most could ever bear The journey taken long when you begin it And paradise not always waiting there. The faults I have I know are one and many Perfection lies beyond our mortal gaze But what life I have left if there be any, I'll dance to every tune the piper plays.
