O Moonbeam, my precious ray of Light Escaping on your magical carpet ride Sometimes your blueness fills me with delight Like a sea of ecstatic emotions, a swirling tide Dear Moonbeam, caressing me gently Soaking my soul with only a power, you know I'm crazy for more of your light, so heavenly From crescent to full nakedness, you show Moon shine, my saviour & watcher Knowing where I am at any one time Like an all seeing prism light emitter I feel special, wish you were only mine Moon Spirit, send me up high Take me to the depths of your being Enveloping myself within your magical eye Moon bathing in your glorious satellite sky |
