Reaching in to the deepest dark
Knowing she wouldn't like what she found
She must go on she couldn't stop
For it was time

She had hidden it well almost lost
Now it must return
She tried so hard to change her ways
But the memories wouldn't let her

They were flooding back
She hated them
Time had come and nothing had changed
Still letting them in and control her

Maybe she just wouldn't go
Leave it hidden deep below
But would they find her once again
Then the feelings out once more

She couldn't take it anymore
That would let them win
Why had they done this to her
All over again

But she knew it wouldn't stop
Unless she went and faced them
So she got ready and off she went
To her high school reunion.
