Great poem! I love spiders, never understand why everyone wants to do them in. I can't stand flies, nasty germy dirty things.

Loved the poem. We have loads of spiders here. We let them live...one in each corner of each room. As long as I can count four in each room as I enter it, I don't mind. If one is gone, I sit worrying that it's crawling on me the whole time <shudder>.

I wont let anyone kill them though. At some point, they were once some doting mother's little baby...and would be sadly missed. I can almost hear the poor old leggy lady calling, ''My baby! My baby! Where are you!?''. Sigh.

Personally, I don't like spiders that much...too many legs...like my Uncle Edvard...a devil to buy slippers for at xmas...sunglasses are a big nono too, on account of his inherited cyclopic eye...great dancer though...performed a sequence from Riverdance in a contest once...kicked the audience to death by mistake..apart from that...nice guy...always eager to listen...through his nose...I should stop now.
