I love to stroll by rolling waves Where daylight dreams can wander free Then glide with seagulls overhead Released from chains of sanity I love to coast across the Fylde Leaving a trail of cares behind To twist and tumble in the foam Then peg out on the coastal line I love to breeze along the shore In time with nature’s metronome With secrets left upon the rocks Revitalised I head for home |
