The cross to bear that silence brings
When reason says it's madness
Can take the shape of many things
Eternal in it's sadness

A silence kept will test a soul
A task that most would feign
For truth exacts a heavy toll
When asked to then explain

So be of stout and strongest heart
Let conscience be your guide
No silence dare pull you apart
When truth is at your side
