of alcohol and cake, sizes large and small,
so a remedy is found for tonsils shining red,
take a dram and a pastry and get off to bed.

Those nasty little microbes, of my tonsils they took hold,
My doctor gave me pills made from orange mould.
After three days off work, feeling pretty bad
The pills have done the trick, I must say I am glad!
