You just keep moving I can't keep up. spiralling on while I'm rooted to the present, like the minute mark of y-our clock face. Watching as your hands glide above me, taking with you my valuable hours, minutes and seconds and all the  missed opportunities. Time that will never be recovered breaths that will never be rebreathed everything around me moves on yet I am static, and left behind.
