Well this princess spends a lot of time quarrelling with her husband, crying over a dead knight and playing chess with her bodyguard. Don't seem a good life to me. * She shakes her head* And them beautiful gowns she wears get torn from her pampered body more often than not. *Lindella fiddles with the doilies on the tray* She's nice enough mind...shouldn't speak ill of her. Knows all the chamber maids names she does. Speaks to us real nicely. |

*Lancy slides a huge carving knife from the washing bowl and wipes it dry. She stares at the blade in the light*. I used to fight with my husband, that's why I killed him.... *Lancy washes two silver dishes and places them upon the kitchen table. She lifts a huge pot and places it down upon the stove and stirs the contents with a large wooden spoon*. Soups nearly done... Tried a new recipe.... More herbs than usual.... That should mask the poison... *She chuckles*. Cream of radigan... *Lancy lifts the spoon to her lips and blows upon it before tasting. She nods*. It's good. And don't worry they'll both be alive for the main course and Ester's honey cakes... *She looks at Fenny and Lindella*. Two big bowls will do them nicely. |

That so sad.... But so romantic.... I wish I had a love like that, a brave knight to cry over... *Netty turns the the spit again*. Nice that she knows your names..... I wonder if I'll ever speak to her? |

Well I doubt the Princess will kill her husband, it ain't ladylike. *She sniffs the soup disapprovingly* Why change the recipe? If he don't like it, it's me who'll get it chucked back in me face. Princess will fuss too, you know she prefers kelp broth. Hope you're planning to send up some fish next cause she won't touch radigan. *She looks at Netty.* You wanna meet her? Come take a tray up with me. Fenny is just filling in for now as Juna's done a bunk. |
