In regards to Garak the Spymaster, I believe that it is my duty to warn others of this man. He has the power to terminate anyone who displeases him. Garak executes any individual that does not share in his ideals. His rise to power has been a swift and bloody one. Very little is known about this man, as he moves in the shadows, and that is the place where he belongs. If you have the misfortune to encounter him, you may well be terminated. Garak will sign your Death Warrant with your blood. If he takes a liking to you, then you are no friend of the Crown. Therefore you are advised to avoid all contact with him. Those who wish to gain power in this land are duty bound to speak to me, for I hold the Key to the Kingdom. |
