Every time I go into to key my work in the page comes up but cant do anything. Please help someone

Every time I go into to key my work in the page comes up but cant do anything. Please help someone

Oh dear Witch! I shall assist, yes, your stories, we have noticed that your poems, stories are coming through blank, do continue to submit them, but please mail me directly via the message pm system whatever you want added and I will put it through for you and paste it in.
