Oi Barkeeper, there's going to be trouble in the back room later, that Tanza creature is kicking up a stink, you should bar the beast. She's picking on a blue skin, a fine lady called Mrs West, I think Tanza's a racist, next thing she'll be joining up with Kellerman Bolt and his mob, and she'll be trying to drive me out too. By the way, have you seen Devlin Tryst? He's a ginger bearded man, we have business to discuss. Oh, I'll have a jug of ale. A strong one. :|

Fine lady? Racist? What ridiculous rubbish...oaf! Be careful not to drink yourself to death here tonight and say hello to your ginger-bearded friend for me. He got more than he bargained for when he most ignorantly demanded sexual favours from the local women here. I hope he enjoyed my company. Tell him it was my pleasure...even if it wasn't his. That's what happens when you drink more than your wits can handle...you wake up in the morning with a stinking creature in your bed.

Yes you tell him Tanza, It's these types that give Grimney a bad name. I know you're not a racist, the man is a fool! I am on your side, although not sure what this is all about... :?

Ladies, and gentleman. This is not the place to carry on your dispute, I try to run a friendly bar and your antics might start scaring off the customers. I would ask that you lower your voices, but I do think the night is done, and you should return to your homes.

Willow, I told you last night that I won't stand for any fighting, and Tanza, I am fond of you but this isn't a place for you to brawl.

As for you Mr Karn, you should drink up and leave. This is not an issue for Holme's Tavern to deal with, but I'd ask you to think on all this with a clear head.

It's last orders for everyone else....

I've nothing against you Tanza, and the barkeep is right, this is no place for our disputes. Let's be civilized. I've been in Mrs West's employ and found her most generous. Your issues with her are not mine.

Tryst drinks too much, and that I understand. You're a very attractive woman Tanza, if you are indeed a woman, although not for human tastes. Your business with Tryst is no concern to me. I'm sorry you overheard my conversation with the barkeep, but I'm entitled to an opinion.

As for you Willow, if that's your name. Yo have a Death Mark, so I doubt we'll be talking again.

I shall take my leave barkeep. Here's a shiny silver tobran, thanks for the hospitality. It's been a joy.

I think he's gone, but you'd better watch out Willow, he might be waiting for you outside. I would take a room here tonight, I'll let you bed down for free, making the mire crossing in the fog is dangerous enough what with the Warty Toad on the loose and all.

You can stay if you wish Tanza, but I'm sure you can handle Karn if the need arises, but the Chaos Engine is an infamous gang of outlaws.

I hope tomorrow is a more peaceful day, I really can't be doing with all this fighting, it'll turn my last few strands of hair grey. :roll:

Be careful all. Mrs West is indeed a 'lovely' and 'accommodating' lady. However, already, she has managed to divide Grimney. This will only weaken us in the face of any on-coming armies who wish to claim this territory and expel us from our homes. We must be strong and accept each other's pasts. Our differences will unite us with their diversities. Beware the wolf...as her sheep's clothing falls from her shoulder from time to time. We should not be embarking on a civil war here, when there are bigger threats to face together.

I will leave well alone for now...keeping a watchful eye on things from my own perspective...I do not wish to cause trouble. However, I do have my own agenda where Mrs West is concerned. I will be watching...and waiting.

As for being a woman? I am anything that a situation dictates. Having consumed many oafish, brawny males, I am rather on the butch side of sexuality. That said, I am open to persuasion if need be. Attractive? I think it could be the ale talking...but...well...thank you.

I do believe my ex is still at large...foraging in the undergrowth. I will catch up with him soon. If he causes no problems, maybe he should be left to his own devices. I did actually warm to him, but...as usually happens I get bored with mates very quickly. Things are okay until they start to have opinions, thoughts and feelings and want to share them. Then it all goes wrong. I guess that's the wildness in me...always wanting to taste fresh meat.

So...yes...I will try to hold my tongue in the Tavern Urat. I can't say I can do as much when confronted outside these walls though and I'm not sure I'm happy to sit back and watch Willow become a target for bullies. I'm feeling rather hungry at the very thought of it.

I agree Tanza, I have no problems with anyone as long as they pay off their tab at the end of the week. Always best to stay out of conflict, I got caught up in it once and Draygon the Scar burned down the tavern, so I minded my own business from then on.

Mrs West, I've never met the woman, but heard the stories and if the Chaos Engine like her, then I doubt that she is good natured, but, yet again I shall make no judgement. I am a simple tavern owner and I serve Grimney, I'm not here to judge or make enemies.

As for your ex I saw him around back earlier, had to chase him away from the rubbish bins, I hope he's not carrying any kind of disease as I don't want him getting into the food stores. He should be on a leash.

Hmm Willow, she is more than a target for bullies, I think she should be afraid for her safety, she's likely to get ambushed and murdered, a Death Mark from a Chaos Engine gang member is fatal.

Tanza, if you eat one of them, you'll have to eat all of them. Best to leave them be, don't want a bloodbath as you said, :o :roll: Let's try to avoid a civil war and just drink and make merry! Holme's Tavern is a place to unload your troubles, and not a place to make trouble! :D

Erm.. :? What does that death mark thingy mean? I was only supporting Tanza, not that she needs much help. I am quite happy just flitting about and reading and chatting and stuff, I'm a good girl mostly! I'm an art student, I've never lifted anything more dangerous than a paint brush and a 2B pencil. Am I in trouble? :P

I wouldn't worry too much Willow. Most of these males think their threats make them appear more macho. Maybe, they think they will attract females. You'll probably be expected to fall at their feet in desperation at some point. Do what I do...just yawn and look the other way. They don't like it...but...well...that's part of the fun of doing it. I know...I'm terribly aggravating, but I have to get my fun somewhere and oafish men with loud voices who strut about demanding all sorts...well...they just can't help but attract my mischief.
