Yes I'll stay. As for Vort, give him a room key but make sure you tell him it is only the room he is invited into, not my bed.

Upstairs on the left..... The Queen's Suite, it's a hundred tobran a night, but it's got the best view... You can see all the way up Knobbler's Street.... Nice paving that street... The wife did the decor, lots of red and black.... She likes draping..... Also got a lot of skinned stuff on the wall.... The bloods not dry on the thing she butchered this morning, skinned fresh it was! If you want breakfast in bed, the wife will butcher a pig... But it'll cost an extra twenty five...

Thank you for the offer for breakfast in bed but I can stomach human food at the moment. I've got some dried seaweed with me, I'll just need a cup of boiling water.

I found the wife most appealing when she was swollen up big like that.... There was no more looking at her face neither, you knows, when it came to bedroom business.... She got the face of a marsh walrus.... But I loves her dearly.
The wife will boil the water.... She be good at that.... I'll get her to bring up a bucket..... Seaweed?.... I sometimes forget your'e a fish.... Fish eat fish.... Like them cannonballs. They eats each other too....

Yes, well charming. I think my face is slightly prettier than a walrus! I did win Miss Grimney you know... although that was before this baby wrecked my figure. Anyway, I don't want Vort to find me attractive, this is business not pleasure. Remind him, NO bedroom business.
I'm not a fish, I am a mermaid. It's different. It's not cannibalism when I eat fish, any more than it is when humans eat radigan or pork.

Meat.... I don't eats radigan or pork.... I be a vegetarian, at least when I'm here.... It's why I'm so healthy looking.... Them meat eaters... Not doing themselves no good at all....
If you wants me to fill a tin bath, you can sleep in that.... I do have a pond out back, lilly pads and everything.... I knows now you're no fish but you do like being in water....

You're very considerate but I am used to sleeping in a bed now. I might swim in your pond in the morning, if you don't mind. Especially if it is sunny.
Maybe Kane will marry your daughter, that wouldn't be so bad? After all he is good friends with a princess and deep down he is a good man. He has always been a good friend to me.
