I think he is improving he drank a little broth and the fever seems much less now, I think he may be up and about in a day or two !

Hmppff I didn't get a present! :roll: I thought you might have at least bought me a bottle of dewberry, after all I thought you fancied me. I think you're a bit fickle sometimes Philomena. There is more to me than just good looks, I'm very good at cobble sticks, and I can make toast in several different shades, from brown, to dark brown and to black.

Urat read the letter and went pale white, he muttered some girls name and left in such a hurry that the big climsy oaf knocked over my newly arranged vase of flowers. You know the big blue one at the top of the stairs, it's all cracked now.

Oh sweeney I haven't forgotten you! Here is your present, a new bucket and matching scrubbing brush. I just hadn't unpacked it yet, I was still unpacking my new make up.

Was the girls name Willow? Do you know which way he went?

I can't remember, I wrote the name down on the back of my hand, but then I spent the next hour with my hand down the privy, and the writing got washed off. :roll:

Thank you. What perfect gifts! I shall show my mother later, she collects buckets, she has cupboards full of them, all manner of colours and sizes. You could come over one evening and see them all, they are quite a collection. Mother and I work well together, as I collect brushes. I keep them upstairs under my bed, you must see them sometime. My favourite is a curved fransom brush, for all those nooks and cranies that an ordinary standard brush can't reach. :D

I knew that you liked me. :D I'm not like other men. Perhaps you should run away with me? We could set up our own privy cleaning business.... That would be something we could do together! :P

I'm not really into cleaning privies, it would chip my nails. I like a bit of danger in my man. I'll stick to pirates, outlaws and wounded knights for now.

I wish I knew how to help Urat, he's like the father I never had.

Hello Gwenllian.

Oh Philomena. You can wear gloves you know! Well, fourth place for privy cleaners isn't bad I suppose.

I can be quite dangerous. Some of the cleaning fluids I use are close to toxic. They can make your eyes water, I take great risks when there is heavy staining.

I suppose you'd like me better if I was an outlaw or a pirate? Or even a knight? I shall note this down in a letter to self.

Urat will be fine, he's always running off and getting flustered by something. Anyway you've got a father, you just have to get your drunken friends to find him, that's if they ever get let out of Macewind.

Anyway I shall go up to bed. I have to clean my brushes. You ladies can help me if you fancy it.
