Vortigern... I don't know what I can do to help you but tell me what you want... You don't want the baby, you don't want to settle down and have a family, do you? Even if you got the pardon, that is not the life you would choose.
Share me? What do you mean share me? You are not making sense. Maybe you should drink less wine.
If you help us, I will talk to Sir Robert Pearl and Lord Karn and try to get you pardoned. Then you can just get on with your life, far away from the mire. Good men like Kalvos, Elios and Drayger will be killed if you do not help and I do not trust Keeler's word. He will use you then turn on you but I will always be your friend, always protect you. I care what happens to you, you know that.

Why do they hate you so much? I won't let them turn on you. Haven't I always helped you? Fought by your side when the militia tried to lynch you, nursed you back to health from dragon burns? Why do you think I wouldn't help. I am probably the one person in Grimney who does care about you!
I can't spend the night with you once the baby is born as I am marrying Kalvos and human marriages do not permit it. You might be able to share me but he cannot.
Anyway... I guess you won't help me... So...
