You mean those whoopee fruit, Wayland? That was years ago. Surely, you've forgiven me for that now, haven't you?

No. I'm much more sophisticated now.

Philomena, you are beautiful. I hope the others will join us soon. There's been too much sorrow, worry and grief. It's time for joy.

I've lit the fire. I made a cooking pit. It wil be ready for whatever you want, Chara.

Anyone know any riddles or limericks? It seems like just the time.

I must say that Chara is exactly what you boys needed, you could all get a bit gloomy. The waters of Hobsbane are clearing my mind and making my scales so shiny. I might move here if things stay so dark at the tavern.

They are a good bunch, but sometimes they are too serious. Wayland can be a joker when he's in one of his silly moods. Squowser gets a bit rowdy - people sometimes get hurt.

Wraak? I've hardly seen him smile. He seems to carry a burden on his shoulders.

Glosnik seems to think that fun is somehow wrong. I don't know how he came to that conclusion.

Now, I have my harp here, and I know how to use it. Prepare to dance!

Yes that is a bit of a human design flaw. Shame you can't grow one, you would look lovely with a tail like mine.

Now the night has fallen, try these barbecued stuffed velan leaves. Philomena, I don't know if you eat meat or not, so these are vegetarian. Although, personally, I am rather partial to spit roast varvett.

Oh thank you, I eat anything really although my favourite food is seaweed parcels with raw fish in the middle. I must return to the tavern soon but I will stay and eat with you first.
